The Reward Hub focuses of helping users to build a sound knowledge on course delivery, selling points and certification pathways. Using incentivebank’s suite of learning tools VMware are helping their distribution partners to exceed customer expectations with modality training and routes to deep dive into advanced VMware training and certification.

The programme operates across key markets in Europe including the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, France, Germany, Italy and Netherlands. Points are awarded to users weekly and can be redeemed anytime against a wide catalogue of rewards tailored to each country.

Irwin Tools

Delivered across Europe in 6 languages “Do More with IRWIN” is designed to reward dealers for IRWIN Tool sales. Each qualifying product was a designated points value and points are automatically uploaded to dealer accounts on a monthly basis. Dealers are able to earn bonus points for taking part in quizzes and competitions.

SKU level sales data integration allows for targeting, tactical promotions and detailed ROI modelling. BDM’s are given online KPI reporting for all their customers to track progress and maintain engagement.

Subway

incentivesmart created Rewarding Champions for Subway to promote exceptional service, standards and sales. We began the programme when there were just 47 stores in the UK and continued to manage the programme way past the Sandwich chain's 2,000th store opening.

Deb

Deb has been a world leader in occupational skin care and hand hygiene for over 80 years. As part of their drive to lead the fight against occupational skin disorders and the spread of infections Deb wanted to gain further market intelligence about where their products ended up after passing through the distribution channel.

incentivesmart created an online portal to reward sales teams at key Deb distributors for submitting details of their contract wins and case studies of installations. The programme gave Deb the opportunity to provide enhanced aftercare for their end-customer and gave crucial data which led to industry leading product innovations.

Vodafone

Working with incumbent agencies, incentivesmart designed and delivered an education and rewards portal for 10,000+ Vodafone retail and call centre staff to promote the sales of Samsung and Sony mobile devices. The promotion was a huge success with significant uplifts in product knowledge and sales which meant that the initial 3 month promotion was extended to a year-long campaign.

VWCV

Working with sporting venues and teams sponsored by Volkswagen, incentivesmart revamped the company’s programme of dealer events and incentives resulting in increased attendance, feedback and commercial vehicle sales. 100% of participants marked their overall impression of the programme as Excellent or Very Good.
